They have:

- Dual Core Processor, Heatsink and Fan: Probably Working 

- Valid XP Pro COAs Stickers

They Don't Have:

- Hard Drive

- RAM

- Power Supply 

- Optical Drive

These would be great for replacing your damaged case, or if you have the missing parts, these are dependable computers when running.   

These would not be great for buying all the missing parts and trying to restore it.  It would be cheaper to buy a dependable used computer.
