This is an HP Compaq 6005 Pro Business desktop. It is the small form factor size and only a year old. HP's website shows this has the base warranty active through september 2015. This is a business class desktop designed for commercial use and it's a rugged metal case. The hard drive has been reloaded and it runs terrific. 

It is rugged enough to have the monitor sit on it, or small enough so that it is barely visible behind the monitor. It also has a built in speaker and four handy USB ports in the front.
