These are Dell Latitude D-Series Docks, Monitor stands, or both.

The Docking Stations have 5 USB ports, VGA and DVI monitor jacks, PS2 Keyboard and Mouse Jacks, S-Video Jack, Ethernet, S/PDIF and Phone Modem Jack. Most of these have little if any use on them.

The stands are heavy aluminum and heavy plastic construction
